  • Shuttle Bus: In order to ensure that each employee is comfortable and safe on the way to the office and also go back from the office, Argha provides several shuttle buses at each picking point throughout Jabodetabek area.
  • Transportation Allowance: this allowance is given as support from the company for the employees’ cost covering transportation cost from their home to the shuttle bus pick point.
  • Meal Breaks: Argha also provides lunch meal for its employee and also for those with shifting working hours.
  • Health Benefit: Health becomes important as every employee wants conducive working environment. Thus, Argha provides health benefit, such as health insurance managed by Indonesia Government, namely BPJS Kesehatan (Indonesian National Health & Insurance System) and also health insurance independently managed by the company for Outpatient Medical.

    Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Membantu kelancaran kegiatan produksi
  • Selalu menjaga area kerja tetap rapi dan terorganisir

    Kualifikasi:
  • Pendidikan min. SMK Teknik Mesin / Otomotif
  • Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang operator
  • Pekerja keras dan bertanggung jawab
  • Bersedia untuk sistem kerja shift

    Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Melakukan kegiatan perawatan & perbaikan mesin produksi.
  • Mendeteksi kerusakan yang mungkin terjadi.
  • Memastikan mesin yang baru diperbaiki berjalan dengan lancar.
  • Menganalisa sistem kerja mesin

    Kualifikasi:
  • Pendidikan minimal SMK/sederajat jurusan Teknik Mesin.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun pada bidang yang sama sebelumnya.
  • Mampu menggunakan alat ukur (Caliper & Micrometer).
  • Mampu membaca gambar teknik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik.

Internal Audit

    Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Melakukan audit pekerjaan lapangan secara rutin dan membantu pekerjaan audit tambahan lainnya.
  • Bertanggung jawab pada kegiatan audit pekerjaan lapangan rutin dan audit pekerjaan tambahan untuk membantu proses kegiatan audit / pemeriksaan secara financial maupun operasional.

    Kualifikasi:
  • Usia Max 27 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Accounting dengan IPK > 3.00
  • Memahami closing laporan keuangan dan operasional perusahaan
  • Berpengalaman sebagai auditor di KAP minimal 2 tahun
  • Menguasai penggunaan aplikasi komputer dasar Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio dan Power Point).
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik secara tim atau individu
  • Dapat menggunankan Bahasa Inggris Secara Lisan dan Tulisan

Account Receivable Officer

    Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Mencatat semua data piutang pelanggan berdasarkan seluruh faktur yang tercetak
  • Melakukan penagihan kepada pelanggan via telepon/ e-mail
  • Menyiapkan daftar tagihan serta kelengkapannya untuk ditagihkan sesuai dengan tanggal cetak
  • Melakukan pantauan terhadap akun pelanggan baik yang melakukan pembayaran lancar dan maupun yang terhambat
  • Membuat laporan piutang mingguan dan bulanan
  • Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen penagihan dengan rapih

    Kualifikasi:
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi/ Manajemen Keuangan
  • Memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Staff Account Receivable / Staff Collection
  • Teliti, bertanggung jawab, disiplin & komunikatif
  • Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Mampu membuat dan memeriksa laporan piutang dengan rapi dan teliti

  • Menguasai Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Dapat menggunakan Bahasa Inggris secara Lisan dan Tulisan
